Registration Steps

The registration process has 2 steps:

1. Head over to https://tinyurl.com/FC2026Registration to create your registration.

2. Head over to https://tinyurl.com/FC2026Payment to:

            – Make payment and upload screenshot of payment transaction

            – Submit consent form (required for children/youth aged 18 and below)

Before You Begin

Please prepare the following for all campers in your room:

            – Full name as per Passport
            – Passport number and Passport expiry date 
            – Dietary restrictions, drug allergies, medical conditions
            – Date of birth
            – Phone number
            – Email address
            – Emergency contact details

Child Registration Guidelines

Maximum 1 child with bed AND 1 child without bed per room.

Rooms must meet full adult capacity before adding a child option:

            – Single room: 1 adult
            – Twin-sharing room: 2 adults
